Roof and air-conditioning improvements
The roof perimeter has been completely sealed with EternaBond RoofSeal White MicroSealant UV-stable RV roof-seal tape as a preventive measure.
The roof air-conditioning ductwork has also been resealed with UL 181-rated aluminum HVAC foil to help prevent conditioned air from escaping into the ceiling cavity and provide better cool-air distribution through the interior vents.
Known cosmetic conditions
This camper is fully functional but is not being represented as cosmetically perfect.
The lower exterior portion of the slide-out was dented and scraped when it contacted a bollard at a gas station. The slide continues to extend and retract normally, and the damage has not compromised its operation.
The power awning functions normally, but small UV-related pinholes have developed near the upper attachment area. The remainder of the awning fabric remains waterproof, although a future owner may eventually choose to replace the fabric.
One living-room window was professionally replaced with a fitted acrylic panel made to closely mimic the shape of the original window. It opens and closes normally.
The inside surface of the entry door has some cracking caused by expansion during southern New Mexico summer heat. The door remains fully functional.
The inverter cover has partially loosened and needs to be properly resecured.
Normal exterior fading, mineral spotting and cosmetic wear consistent with age and use are present.
These conditions are shown and disclosed so buyers know what to expect before arranging an inspection.
Summary
This is a comfortable, well-equipped Grand Design travel trailer with a particularly spacious rear bathroom, clean interior, newer premium trailer tires, dual batteries, an inverter, improved air-conditioning duct sealing and a large collection of included camping and towing equipment.
It would be a good fit for someone who wants a fully functional and well-equipped camper and is comfortable accepting disclosed cosmetic imperfections rather than paying more for a cosmetically pristine unit. This is a great camper for couples!
