This is a delightfully Remodeled 2003 Komfort brand fifth wheel trailer manufactured by Thor Industries. It is 24 feet long with metal siding and one slide-out. For much of its life until a years ago it was kept fully covered and stored, so it's in overall great shape for its age. It's been a fantastic companion for the last couple years, and I'm selling it at a significant discount to what I bought it for + work, repairs and renovations that were done, as I need to sell it quickly.

Selling Points:
- The pop-out and renovations make for a space that feels GREAT. I'm biased, but I really do think this is one of the most pleasant trailers I've been in.
- All vertical and roof seams were fully resealed mere weeks ago.
- There have been no known leaks or water damage (roof, walls, or floor) over the trailer's lifetime
- Tires were replaced 18 months ago and have less than 1K miles on them
- One of the axles was replaced 18 months ago
- Brakes were recently adjusted
- Septic, water systems, lift, pullout and electrical systems all work with no known issues.
- There is a solar panel on the roof which is not currently hooked up, but could be.
- Floor is currently finished/varnished OSB, which is ultra tough and not prone to water damage. You could add carpet if you want a different vibe.
- Built-in AC and heat works fine

Known issues:
- A few cosmetic flaws on the exterior
- Needs new exterior pull-out canopy
- Fridge is original, and struggles when it's hot. Probably worth replacing
- Bench trim in pullout needs a little love, as some screws have come out
- That's it!

I am open to offers/bids. However, if the trailer sells at full price I will throw in the super-glide fifth wheel hitch that is currently installed in my truck, which is in excellent condition. ~$2K value.
