The RV is being sold As is
I will answer serious questions as honestly as I can.
RV is in good mechanical condition and the interior is good to fair for a 26 year old unit. It has low miles. We bought it 12 years ago with 10,000 miles on it. We mainly used it to go to Bears games and a few other overnight events.
If you are handy, there are many minor things that need attention. I will list the things I know of down below.
The master bedroom has been converted to 2 bench seats one of which folds down to a futon large enough for a child. The Couch and dinner table both still function as adult size beds
I will list what I know works and we can talk from there
All of the following work
The AC in the das
The overhead AC (Single unit)
Generator
Windshield wipers
All interior lights
Heat
Tires are good
Toilet pump
Grey and black water tanks do not leak
Some other things that may still work but we have not tried to use them in years.
Refrigerator/ freezer (clean)
Hot water heater
Items needing attention
ABS brake light is on ( We have been driving it this way for a year or so)
Most of the latches in the outside compartments do not work.
Passenger side mirror needs repair
