Awesome R-Pod in excellent condition! This 2023 Forest River R-Pod 196 is a versatile travel trailer that offers both comfort and convenience. Sleeps 4 comfortably with a walk-around queen bed and convertible sofa.

This midsize R-Pod is 22 feet 2 inches long and 8 feet wide with 6 foot 6 inches headroom. It's lightweight and easy to tow. This travel trailer has been gently used by myself and hubby (both non-smokers), and no children. It's truly in great shape. We are long time RVer's and have meticulously maintained the unit with a complete roof maintenace and Slide Out maintenance completed in 2025 and January of 2026.

Some of the upgrades include a Memory Foam mattress. We also installed a front generator rack, there's solar on the roof and a 30 amp solar charger, we added a cover for the slide out to protect from leaves and snow. We purchased it new and added on the 5 year Cal Tex protective coating for the exterior (we'll need to transfer the policy into buyers name upon the sale for the full warranty coverage).

The large shower has only been used once (lot's of headroom too!). The refrigerator is 6 cu.ft, the stovetop is brand new and there's a huge pantry/storage area. Overall, there's a ton of storage for an RV this size with 2 hanging lockers and lots of overhead storage in the kitchen and over the sofa. The outside pass through storage is also spacious for your toys. The RV is light and bright with a panoramic front window and rear kitchen with big windows. It's a super design and it's amazing that they fit all these amenities into this RV.
