A great trailer for a first time buyer. Comes w a full warranty till August 14, 2028. 

THE BEST THING in my opinion, is this specific age-to-value ratio. It is idealstill new enough to be in great condition, and old enough to have a much better price than a newer/new model. 

ALSO, the 2 yr warranty being included is definitely NOT something you will get at a dealer or many listings online that I have seen.

>> I will give its next owner the full walk through of how it all works and make sure you're totally comfortable with how everything operates. My goal is when you're you're out on the road, that you feel very comfortable and confident with how it all works and think back to how well I did preparing you and explaining everything!

IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME BUYER so was I! I want to make sure you have a better experience than I did at the dealership. And you can really rest easy with the warranty. 

>> I remember when I started looking to buy I had so many questions: dealer vs private and which was a safer purchase, how did warranties work, could I do a loan or not by buying private-yes the answer is yes you can get a loan buying private. Logix Credit Union was recommended to me but there are many options. It is a lot to learn.

There are definitely some things I would do differently from how I did it the first time. And I'll also tell you the reality of how a dealer like Mike Thompson in Fountain Valley actually operates which is great to be aware of no matter what direction you go.

BIT OF DEALERSHIP PURCHASE HISTORY (WHY I DONT TRUST DEALERS ANYMORE):

I purchased this unit from Mike Thompson RV Fountain Valley 2 years ago. They sold me this trailer without disclosing a leaking fresh water tank which I had documentation of its leaking when I went to pick it up from purchasing it. They didnt own their mistake at all. They claimed it was just dripping water from being washed. In my past, I have a lot of trailer and towing experience but none with a travel trailer so it seemed possible at the time because I didnt know any better, and I did not expect a dealer to be dishonest with me. Now that I know more, I realize that their story was impossible. When I was transferred to a manager and the lady who runs the dealership maintenance department, she told me that they only pay their workers if they repair something which is just terrible. So I'm not a fan of their dealership or any dealership really sadly. 

WARRANTY EXPERIENCE - Having the warranty was great though, and my experience using it was actually surprisingly easy. Such a relief. So I can say from experience the warranty is good and not stressful at all. 

>> I will also give you the name of the mobile repair technician that works with the warranty who is fantastic and comes to your house if youre near Orange County, so you don't have to do anything for repairs. The mobile tech was a dream and now this unit has a brand new from factory fresh water tank so you are extra ready for the road and all your adventures.

INTERIOR CUSTOMIZATIONS I LOVE : 1) magnetic knife rack; 2) Wall-mounted storage for spices & hanging kitchen tools 3) extra clothes hanging rod along side the bed that is removable if you don't need it 4) a little laptop/book/file storage under the built in table 5) comes with 2 folding chairs (not shown in the photos, but they are stock & came with the unit and match the interior). 6) pull down sink faucet head, 7) USB and power outlets on both sides of the main bed, 8) AC & heater 9) the overall light color scheme. 10) comes with a BOXIO unit which makes dealing with pee and poop so much easier than using the black water tank and having to find a place to pump out. We never used the black water tank, because why deal with it when the boxio is so much easier.

EXTERIOR FEATURES THAT I LOVE : 1) outside shower with hot and cold adjustable water; 2)spare tire mount; 3)outside exterior mini fridge and pull out table for prepping food outside; 4)also directly below the outside mini fridge/ outdoor cooking zone is an attachment for any propane grill you might have for BBQing; 5) very large exterior storage cubby w large access doors accessible from both sides of the trailer; 6) the awning is amazing (sorry I don't have photos of it extended but it is fantastic and extends out over the entry door side; 7) the entry door has a nice screen door and coded entry lock so you are never stuck looking for your keys; 8) there are very good indoor/outdoor speakers; 9)exterior lights both led strips and motion sensor lights that can be turned on or off if you prefer to really enjoy the dark nights light we do; 10)two propane tanks mounted under a cover; 11) the metal box that houses the battery is large enough to add additional batteries if you want to extend your off grid time; 12) of course AC & heater; 13) also comes with a long heavy duty 220 connector cable as well as a converter cable that allow you to plug into your average regular 110 outlet; 14) a pressure regulator valve for connecting to city water, 15) all the literature and user manuals, and various bits for maintenance 16) a brand new basic tool kit, 17) window washer squeegee, 18) 2 solid RHINO waste water tank hoses (you don't want cheap waste water hoses lol trust me), and more like a gallon of grey water tank liquid to keep it smelling fresh.

BONUS OPTION - DAYBED BASE W DEEP 6-DRAWER STORAGE : you can pay a little extra to have the custom built wood TwinXL daybed base w 6 extremely useful extra deep 39" deep drawers that all fits perfectly into the pop out. It cost us extra to build but it is an extremely useful addition for added storage and as a real functional comfortable 2nd bed where someone would actually get a good night sleep vs on the black couch that really is just not really for sleeping. So we have that priced as an option for an extra price which is less than half of what it cost us to build. So you really score on many levels with this.
