Selling our 2021 Jayco Eagle HT 312BHOK, one of Jayco's top rated and most sought after floorplans (ranked #2 of 88 Jayco travel trailers). This is the rear bunkhouse layout families search for, with a private kids' room, kitchen island, tri-fold sofa, and an outside kitchen for easy camp cooking. MSRP new was over $65,000.
We have lived in it full time for 16 months, so it has not been on the road and has no towing wear. It has been consistently well maintained and has had zero issues.
Highlights:
- Three slide outs. Private rear bunkhouse. Kitchen island. Outside kitchen. Drop frame chassis with pass through storage. 50 amp service with two AC prep. Auto leveling system. Washer and dryer installed and fully functional. Electric awning with LED lights.
A few honest notes on modifications:
- We made a couple of changes to fit our family of two adults and a baby. All are easy to reverse and we are happy to help with that before pickup if you would rather have it stock.
- We removed the rear tri-fold couch to gain storage space. It has been stored properly at a facility and will be reinstalled before we move out in a few weeks.
- We modified the bedroom to fit a king mattress instead of the stock queen. This is a simple change to reverse. The original queen mattress and mattress pads were never used and are still available.
- We recovered the dinette chairs in a more durable, easy to wipe fabric for life with a toddler. The original fabric is still intact underneath and the chairs can be returned to stock easily.
- We did not use the bunk beds, since we only had one child, so they are in excellent like new condition.
