2019 Jayco Greyhawk 31F 68,000 miles Sleeps 8

Selling our '19 Greyhawk 31F. This has been our family's rig for years used and loved by a family of 5 (now 6). We've taken it on some longer trips and it's done great, but we're downsizing to something with 4x4 capability for shorter trips into more remote, backcountry spots this big guy just can't reach.

That's where the 68k miles came from: real trips, real camping, not sitting in a driveway collecting dust. We've kept up on the mechanicals the whole way, so you're getting a unit that's been driven right, not neglected.

Honest heads up: it's got some cosmetic bumps and scrapes from years of actual use (tree branch scrapes, interior floor scratches, etc) this isn't a garage queen. But every system works. That's the part that matters.

Layout: Master bedroom in back with a real queen memory foam mattress (not a squeeze), bunk area for the kids, a convertible dinette, a sofa bed, and the cab-over sleeping area. Sleeps up to 8 if you pack it in (2 on Queen, 2 on bunks, 2 on 750lb capacity cab-over, 1 on dinette, 1 on sofa. Slide-out opens the whole living area up so it doesn't feel like a hallway on wheels. Dinette cushions are freshly reupholstered. Sofa has storage underneath.

Kitchen/bath: Full fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, sink, plenty of counter and cabinet space. Bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink no gas station bathrooms on this trip.

Living area: Flat screen TV, DVD player, comfortable seating for movie nights after a long driving day. Rear bedroom also has a tv.

Outside: Power awning, LED lighting, exterior speakers, backup camera, and storage bays for all your gear. Automatic leveling system.

Recent maintenance this is the important part:

• Front hitch installed. We used this with a motorcycle rack for a long e-bike.

• Generator recently tuned up, carburetor replaced, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new spark plug

• Heater professionally serviced, solenoid replaced

• Fridge/freezer runs cold on both propane and electric

• Both A/C units blow cold, no issues

• Newer AT tires front and rear, still got plenty of tread

• Dinette freshly reupholstered

This rig is ready to go mechanically sound, cosmetically lived-in, priced accordingly. We're not hiding the wear, and we're not hiding the work we've put into it either.

No pets, no smoking, and no mice ever.
