2005 FLEETWOOD SOUTHWIND 32VS - WORKHORSE W22 - FULLY REMODELED WITH MAJOR OFF-GRID ELECTRICAL BUILD

68,023 original miles. 32'6" Class A gas coach on the Workhorse W22 chassis with the 8.1L Vortec V8 and Allison transmission - the drivetrain combination most owners prefer in this generation. The coach was fully remodeled approximately five years ago and shows far newer than its year:

THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS THE REASON TO BUY THIS COACH

This is a proper off-grid build, engineered and installed correctly - not parts zip-tied to a wall:

- Victron MultiPlus II inverter/charger
- 6x Battle Born lithium batteries
- 600W rooftop solar
- Two Victron MPPT charge controllers (100/50 and 100/30) - correctly sized for the array with headroom
- Victron Cerbo GX system controller with full remote monitoring through the Victron VRM portal - watch your batteries, solar production, and shore power from your phone from anywhere
- Touchscreen control panel at the entry door for water pump, water heater, and lighting
- Proper busbars, DC disconnects, and a battery monitor shunt
- All cable runs loomed, clamped, and labeled

You can boondock on this system for days without starting the generator. Building this today would run well over $10,000 in parts alone, before labor. DISCLOSED UP FRONT

I would rather you know now than discover it at the walkthrough:

- The ABS warning light is on. Wheel speed sensors have been replaced multiple times and the light persists, most likely the brake control module. The service brakes function normally - this affects the ABS system only. The coach is priced accordingly.
- Tires are approximately six years old. Good tread, no visible sidewall cracking, but they are aging and a buyer should plan to replace them.
