Our family has enjoyed many adventures in this 1983 Airstream Excela, and it's time for someone else to write the next chapter of her story.

This is not a fully restored trailer, but it is also not a basket case =) It is a complete, functional vintage Airstream with several major upgrades and many original systems still in place and working.

If you're looking for an affordable entry into vintage Airstream ownership, or a unique guest house or retreat trailer, this Excella deserves a look.

Highlights:

-Modern rooftop A/C installed within the last few years

-Refrigerator works great and automatically switches between electric and propane

-Brakes, exterior lights, and running gear were functioning properly when last towed
-Original Zip Dee awnings

Known Issues:
(I'd rather over-disclose than under-disclose!)

-Front aluminum panel has a dent from road debris - can be resolved with rock guards.
-Shell has other dings and blemishes as seen in photos.
-Shower enclosure finish peeled after a DIY refinishing attempt.
-One holding tank valve is sticking.
-Furnace operates, but the thermostat likely needs replacement.
-Stove is functional but cosmetically worn, with a missing burner knob and broken oven handle.
-Washer/dryer combo is installed but occasionally throws error codes.
-Floor is worn.

Excellas can cost substantially more. This trailer is priced for someone who wants a complete vintage Airstream with functioning systems and solid potential, while leaving room in the budget for personalization and restoration work.

This Airstream has been part of family trips and adventures along the West Coast over the years. With three kids all on sports teams now, shes just not getting the use she deserves anymore!
