RV is located in Redding, California and available for viewing with a few days of advanced notice. I am looking to sell it for what it is owed but may be willing compromise for a serious offer.

2021 Forest River Sabre Cobalt 36bhq, a 42ft 5th wheel perfect for adventure or your home office. Second owner (purchased in 2022 from 1st owner), it has probably only driven 150 miles from Camper World Dealership in Redding, CA.

The Sabre was everything I could want in a tiny home and plenty of space and seating for family gatherings and socializing. The living area is equipped with cozy dual lazy-boy seating, a warm fireplace, and a large flat screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day.

1st slide out on entry door side is approx. 16(?) feet long and hosts a dinette and a comfortable futon for extra company or gathering in the living room. 2nd slide out is the kitchen slide out, approximately 14 feet long and hosts the main body of the kitchen. A sink/island is in the middle of the kitchen and in good repair and also center to the kitchen/living room is a ceiling fan and one of two 15,000btu air conditioners. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to cook up delicious meals on the go, including a stove, oven, microwave, and plenty of counter space. It also features a residential size refrigerator (which I LOVED plenty of room for ice and other frozen goods). Pantry had been a blank empty closet and I modified that to put in shelves and shaker guards so when you are heading down the road things wont spill everywhere.

The 3rd slide out is a bunk room directly off the kitchen, it was empty when I purchased it but pictures of previous 36bhq models indicate a sofa/hid-a-bed went in there. I thought a set of kids bunks would be perfect, or used as an office like I did. Plenty of room for that and cabinets/drawers for misc. supplies. While I never used it, when I was prepping the RV for sale, looking through the documentation folder I created, it appears the trailer could be equipped with factory-installed Wi-Fi booster or a Cellular Wi-Fi Prep for 4G LTE connectivity. I will note I used T-Mobile Wi-Fi with no difficulties in this trailer, no dead spots. Above the bunk room is a loft that I used for storage but can easily fit 2-3 kids. It has a plug in for entertainment and some storage and a foam mattress matching size of the loft.

The bathroom was the selling point for me in this trailer. I am tall at 50 and LOATHE being confined in a tiny shower. THIS was wonderful, room to turn and has a bench seat with a magnificent sunroof that allows TONS of extra light. I would say someone over 6ft would find this comfortable. Tons of storage with cabinets and a mirrored cabinet above the skink/vanity.

The 4th slide out is the master bedroom which was comfortable with a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. This is also where the washer/dryer combo hookups are, I never utilized this as I had access on site to facilities. The RV originally came with a king size bed but I cut this down to a queen it really had NO legroom to each side of the bed, and I didnt need anything that big. Beneath the queen frame is additional storage for off season items.

Outside, the Sabre 36BHQ has plenty of storage for all your gear, as well as a 16-foot power retractable awning and outdoor kitchen for enjoying meals al fresco.

Just had rig professional washed and waxed and was complimented by the service providers who were surprised there was no fading or damage for a vehicle in the northern California sun. I was fortunate to be able to keep it in a shaded area so it escaped a lot of abuse from the sun.

If you are looking for a rig to travel with the family with, or someone who is looking to make an RV your tiny home, this rig really is a great one to go with. Tons of flexibility for pretty much anything you want to do.
