I wanted to post this information on the Heartland Mallard to be completely honest and open about it.  This trailer is the first one I have ever bought and was in a hurry to get a used trailer to live in because of renovation construction on our home and this was quickest we could find for a price we could afford.  That being said we didnt know anything about RVs and this one fit what we needed.  Here are the issues I found out about the trailer after buying it and it was delivered and we moved into it: (1)- It has a small leak outside under the shower and (2)- the microwave works and is usable, but a lot of the buttons dont work on it. Also (3)- a leak just recently happened outside for one of the propane tank hoses, the other propane tank hose is good so we just select the one side.

 After reviewing the paperwork last night that I put in a bag and have not opened since the day we bought it, I was looking at the title, and it says REBUILT.  I didnt think to check on that when we bought it, we were in such a hurry, which I should have, but I have been so busy with home renovations and it wasnt stated on the RV listing when I was searching for one to buy.  All that being said, it has worked out good for us for these 7 months we have been living in it.

The Tires look new and it seems like it pulls good, but I havent moved it since the place I bought it from delivered it.  I dont own a vehicle that can tow it.  The AC works good, and the heater works good since we were living in it when that week long cold spell hit Miami.  We run the Fridge/freezer on propane and it works good, the gas stove works good (although the igniter knob doesnt work,  so we just use a lighter).  We run the Water Heater with the Propane and that works good.  The oven works good, it is small so we didnt use it that much.  All the lights work and it was good for the two of us to live in and the bathroom has lots of counter space.  The slide out gives lots of space inside, and we installed a New   You can see the condition and layout in the pictures.
