RV Description
About 6 months ago, a low hanging branch scraped the roof of this trailer, which tore a couple small holes and broke a piece of the AC plastic shroud (cosmetic, unit works fine).
I patched the holes that I saw.
I recently brought it on to an RV sales place, who was going to consign it for me. During their inspection, they found that I must have missed another puncture, which caused a small amount of water damage to the wood beneath the membrane.
There is NO visible water damage on the inside of this trailer and it is in nice condition besides what is disclosed above.
They were going to list the trailer for 20K.
I am listing it for 10K, which would be enough difference to replace the entire roof. Or, you could simply improve the patching and make sure no additional damage occurs and get a great deal on this trailer!
