RV Description
2014 ROCKWOOD SIGNATURE ULTRA LITE 8312SS
EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION EXTENSIVELY UPGRADED COMPLETE CAMPSITE PACKAGE
$22,500
Exceptionally clean and carefully maintained 2014 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8312SS with two power slides, dual power awnings, private front bedroom, separate rear bunkhouse, bathroom with exterior entrance, and full outdoor kitchen.
This camper was equipped with every factory option offered that year except retractable slide covers. It has been maintained and upgraded throughout our ownership with a focus on safety, comfort, convenience, appearance, and longevity.
This is not just an empty camper being sold. It includes premium towing equipment, a generator, setup gear, and a complete campsite package so the next owner can take it home and begin using it immediately.
We have camped with several families over the years, and this camper was always the #1 place to gather, cook, relax, and entertain. The private bathroom entrance made it easy for both our family and guests, while the dual awnings gave everyone a comfortable place to hang outrain or shine. It consistently draws compliments and attention at campgrounds, and people are usually shocked when they find out it is a 2014.

To save both of us time, here is exactly what is wrong, repaired, or showing age. No surprises.
The interior is in top-notch condition with no significant wear, with one small exception. The fiberglass shower surround has two light cracks. They are barely visible, but they are there. They were repaired/glued by the previous owner, remain completely solid, and have caused zero issues throughout my ownership.
The large, heavy outdoor kitchen door shows cosmetic signs of minor delamination, likely from previous water penetration or heat. It was present when I purchased the camper and has remained completely stable.
The factory secured the gas-strut bracket with only three small screws into beadboard, thin plywood, and foam. One bracket eventually pulled out. I permanently corrected this weakness by riveting the lift bracket to a larger metal plate and distributing multiple mounting screws across a wider section of the door. It is a functional, heavy-duty repair rather than a factory-looking repair, but the door now handles the heavy struts flawlessly with zero mechanical issues.
While addressing the outdoor kitchen door, I proactively siliconed the gap between the metal trim and fiberglass fascia on all exterior cargo and hatch doors to seal clear factory entry points and help prevent future weather intrusion.
Because the camper has been waxed yearly and covered every off-season, the graphics look excellent compared with most 12-year-old trailers. They still show normal age, including minor weathering and some light edges visible up close.
The lower brown painted sections have minor surface scratches and scrapes from normal towing and road debris. There is no denting or structural damageonly typical cosmetic wear.
The battery is four years old and works perfectly for normal use. Someone planning extensive off-grid dry camping without regularly running the generator should expect that it may need replacement within the next season or so.
WHY WERE SELLING
Our boys are older now, family camping trips have pretty much run their course, and we have moved on to other ways of vacationing. It is time for this camper to find its next family and become the backdrop for a whole new round of memories.
Serious buyers are welcome to request the complete digital folder:
Full 90+ photo album with high-resolution interior, exterior, roof, undercarriage, storage, equipment, and condition photos
Factory specifications and options sheet covering the original build, packages, capacities, and equipment
Detailed custom PDFs covering maintenance, care history, upgrades, towing and safety equipment, and the complete campsite package,
The goal is to give a serious buyer enough information to confidently decide whether the camper is worth the drive before making the trip.
The published value for an average-condition 2014 model is approximately $16,500.
This camper is priced at $22,500 because it is not an average-condition camper with average equipment. It includes approximately $6,200 in maintenance, safety, towing, comfort, and functional upgrades, plus approximately $1,600 in campsite infrastructure and equipment. Comes with all sheets and rugs. There is also miscellaneous kitchen/camping supplies left inside that can go with or be removed
