2022 Luxe 38GFB Luxury Four-Season Fifth Wheel 1½ Baths

Beautiful, highly optioned 2022 Luxe 38GFB featuring 1½ baths and originally built as a show coach for the Hershey RV Show. This is a true luxury four-season fifth wheel with 3" graphite insulation and has been carefully maintained during our ownership.

Equipped with three A/C units with heat pumps, Truma on-demand hot water, fireplace, washer and dryer, 6,500-watt propane generator with low hours, and the In-Command touchscreen control system. Lighting, HVAC, awnings and other functions can also be controlled through the mobile app.

Upgraded Continental J-rated tires have approximately 5,000 miles on them.

We added custom rear bench seating with additional storage and space for a dog bed or crate in the area originally occupied by the sofa. The modification can be removed and the space returned to a traditional sofa configuration if preferred.

We are non-smokers. The coach has been used for full-time RV living and has been well cared for and maintained. Everything is currently operating as it should.

This is a very well-equipped, high-end Luxe with a great floor plan and a long list of features and upgrades.

Delivery may be available for the cost of fuel depending on location. Happy to provide additional photos, videos and information to serious prospective buyers.

Some of the other features are Dexter IS suspension, hydraulic leveling system with snap pads and App to self level the unit right from your phone. This luxe is equipped with 2 forty pound propane tanks with Mopeka sensors you can use with an app on your phone to keep track of propane usage

On the inside the main bathroom is equipped with his and hers sinks, a spacious shower and laundry. More than enough room in this bathroom for two people to comfortably be doing what they need to, without being in the way of the other. The closet is equipped with dresser draws on each side with a spacious shoe rack and plenty of room for hanging clothes. Above the vannity behind the mirrors is a huge cabinet with lots of room on both sides for all your bathroom belongings. There is also a Fantastic Fan in the bathroom that is equipped with rain sensors.

The half bath has a full vanity with medicine cabinet and Fantastic Fan with rain sensor.

The Kitchen comes with a Microwave convection oven, gas stove with 4 burners. (You can cook a 12 plus pound turkey in this oven) The kitchen cabinets are solid wood and have soft close drawers. In April the dinette slide marine carpeting was replaced and we have kept protective covering on it, so it is brand new. The recliner chairs show signs of wear, but still very functional and can easily be replaced. There is a nice size tv in the living room with a sound bar, dvd player and a Roku box. Beneath the tv is also a fireplace that is electric and provides an alternative heat source for those chilly nights.
