We purchased this RV after careful consideration over the others, And have not been disappointed. Number one reason was that the sidewalls were made of Azel siding which was promoted as preventing DE-LAMINATION. The other major reason was that Alliance was relatively a new RV manufacturer and hear their customer service was excellent. We have attended one of their Rallys in Indiana and they allow you to list 3 items you would like fixed free of charge during the rally. We thought this was a great customer service feature. As far as Im aware they still are doing this.

Clean Title

COMMENT:
- Never used the stove top. As we only cooked outside.
- Never used the Awning so the fabric should still be in excellent condition.
- Upgraded door lock to RV Lock with remotes.
- Yearly Sealtech performed on Unit. Sealtech pressurizes unit and looks for exterior water leaks that can damage the RV.
- Stored in covered storage unit when not in use.
