RV Description
2011 Roadtrek Popular 190 Class B Camper Van, 71,920 Miles
Well-maintained 2011 Roadtrek Popular 190 built on the Chevy Express 3500 chassis. This is a full-featured Class B camper van set up for 2.5 people: a dinette that converts to a king bed, plus a third seat with storage underneath that converts to a narrow single bed.
Highlights:
71,920 miles
No roof leaks
Toilet replaced under manufacturer warranty
Upgraded lithium house batteries (Li Time 100Ah)
Upgraded Kenwood multimedia receiver with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
Dinette converts to king-size bed
Slide-out passenger table for extra dining/work surface up front
Third seat with storage converts to a narrow single bed
Manual crank awning
Dual shower hookups: outdoor shower plus an indoor galley shower with drain and curtain rail
Kitchen with small fridge/freezer, sink, two burner propane stove, and microwave
Additional features:
Chevy V8 powers up hills
Generator
Roof A/C
Furnace
Power sofa/bed
Optional add-on: Hollywood Racks hitch-mounted rack, rated for 2 e-bikes, with a lightweight detachable loading ramp for pushing bikes up onto the rack. Good frame clearance and weight capacity for heavier fat tire e-bikes. Available for an additional $250 if you'd like it included.
Layout note: The toilet is housed in a compact closet, which allows for the third seat. To use the toilet, your feet are in the galley area with the door open. The indoor shower drains in the galley and uses a curtain on the existing rail. We removed the shower curtain and hose to open space, since we preferred to shower outside, but the rail is intact and it's simple to reinstall a curtain and hose if you want the indoor option back.
Additional condition notes:
Crack in passenger side of front windshield
Cosmetic paint damage on roof, does not affect function or seal integrity
Bumper and lower rocker panel fiberglass damage from driving in low-clearance areas, see photos
Black tank sensor reads inaccurately, we've always gone by sound to check fill level, easy workaround once you know it
Generator has only 282 total hours but hasn't been used much recently. Generator and A/C and may need servicing or a charge before regular use
This van has taken us through some fun terrain including hot springs in the Eastern Sierras, Alabama Hills, Death Valley, the Lost Coast, and Nevada desert events. It's been used, not garage-kept.
Selling due to a health change that means we can no longer get in and out of the van comfortably. This van has been reliable and well cared for. Serious inquiries only. Available for inspection in Oakland, CA.
