New dual battery, new heater core, new microwave, new toilet, new electric tongue jack, new vent fan, new kitchen and bathroom sink faucets, new indoor and outdoor shower heads and outdoor shower valve. Rebuilt water heater with new heating element, new thermostats and new anode rod. New cordless blinds on all windows, plus new blackout curtains in the bedroom.

Dual propane tanks. Fridge and water heater work with propane or electric power. Accessories include fresh water hose, 50A AC extension cord, gray/black water tank drain hoses, like new spare tire and all original documentation. Total length overall including hitch is 32' 8".
