If you have kids and want a separate space for them to sleep, with a door, the Rockwood Mini Lite 2519S is the one for you. No kids - the space works great as a closet, keeping the living area free of clutter.
The separate bunk room can be either two beds or an upper bunk with a table/2 seats underneath. Bunk room has a fixture and TV mount.
U shaped kitchen dinette can also convert to a sleeping area (in case you have guests). Kitchen includes three stovetop burners (only used once), microwave, and oven (never used). Main bed is a murphy style, RV sized queen.
Two solar panels with a port to add additional solar. Electric power tongue jack and electric stabilizer legs (both help save your back during setup). Two propane tanks and an external propane griddle and work table. External hot/cold sprayer. Beech Lane leveler (connects to app on smartphone). Trailer uses the WE RV app to monitor tank levels and battery usage. Furrion back up camera included (hard wired into the rig). 54 gallon fresh water tank, 29 gallon for both gray and black tanks. Goodyear endurance tires with built in TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system). Water saver shower miser system.
Package deal includes (if you want it) the Camco Eaz-lift recurve R3 weight distribution hitch with sway bars ($400 value), black tank supplies (tube, cleaning products, clear L shaped attachment, RV grade toilet paper), leveling blocks, chock blocks, jack pads, spare anode rod, GasStop propane emergency shut off device (x2), new water filters (x2), etc.
Rig was purchased from Humphrey RV and they diligently maintained it during my year of ownership (under warranty).
