Never off hi way. Only traveled the nice dry climates of Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Montananever exposed to humidity!  Non smokers with No pets. Garaged with all maintenance records.  Reluctant seller just prepared rig for season with new Michelin tires new AGM house batteries. 

I spent the better part of 2 years following my retirement searching for the highest quality rig for our 4th motor home. I discovered to my delight that a manufacturer in Manitoba Canada had won the RVDA DSI Quality Circle Award for the 6th consecutive year in 2019.  They built their rigs on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis. At the time we had a second home in Sedona AZ with an attached motorhome garage where this baby has been stored from 2019 till last fall except when we traveled. I noticed that Sedona Shuttle ran Mercedes sprinter vans 90 miles to sky harbor airport in Phoenix. I called to the manager and he said their fleet had several vehicles that had reached 500,000 miles. At 27,000 youve got a long way to go.

We patiently waited for the 2019 model year when Mercedes upgraded their chassis cab to the Mercedes SUV instrumentation screen and added safety features like lane assist and backup cameras.

The Murphy Bed is the Unity's flagship floor plan, and with its spacious interior featuring the Leisure Lounge Plus, a queen-size Murphy bed, a pop-up 39" Smart LED TV, curved European cabinetry throughout, and a washroom and shower that sealed the deal for me.  

Additional features include: Truma AquaGo Comfort Plus Water Heater, Cummins Onan Generator, Equalizer Smart-Level System. It has two upgraded electric leather recliners for watching the TV either in down mode or flip the button and the TV will rise up from the counter. Adaptive cruise control and aluminum wheels Onan Cummins 3.6 kW LP generator with AutoStart upgraded  safe, solar, and macerator motorized dump. Heated automatic captains chairs 4 point leveling jacks,  exterior ladder, surge protector, exterior table, removable table between captains chairs, Wi-Fi Extender with 4G LTE, Remote Key Fob Entry on the "house" entrance door.

Attention:  different from video we have all upgrades he mentions AND as i mentioned the NEW for 2019 Mercedes upgraded navigation screen and transmission paddles that are not shown in video.

Also we opted  for the lighter FOG Ultra leather and grey glamour upgrade with the lighter sierra maple wood that makes interior feel even bigger than the dark colors in the video.
