For sale - 2018 Jayco Precept 33U class A gas powered motorhome with the V10 engine (2 bathroom model). Total exterior length is 35-10. I purchased this used from Giant RV in Colton, California back in June 2022 with 5,823 miles. I have taken 14 trips to Arizona and Utah since that time (Current milage is 15,526 miles). All maintenance has been done by EXO RV (mobile mechanic). This has been a great RV for my family. Selling because the kids are grown and out of the house now so this is simply more than the wife and I need. Here is a history on what maintenance has been done while I have owned it.
6/2022 - Installed new tires - Hankook AH35 tires 16 ply load range H 245/70R19.5 5070 pounds @ 120 psi (date code 1821)
5/2023 - Buy & install Sunguard Shades
7/2024 - Service AC units and repair aluminum tape issue allowing hot roof air into intake
7/2024 - Oil change (10,808 Milage)
7/2024 - Remove & replace lap sealant on roof as preventative maintenance
8/2024 - Serviced generator (499 hours) (oil change, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, adjust valves, remove and replace fuel pump and carburetor, insulated fuel line from gas tank to generator)
2/2025 - Install secondary fuel pump by gas tank and install new air inlet cover for generator. multiple trips at 110+ temps with no issues
Current milage is 15,526 miles
Everything works and the only thing that isn't perfect are the seats that have started to peel. This is not just a Jayco issue, but industry wide issue. Registered in California with title in hand. Only offers made in person will be considered.
