Very lightly used beige colored interior 23FB. Comes with everything pictured wrapped into price. Original mattress provided for originality, but also comes with a Costco Serta PerfectSleeper Queen mattress as pictured in trailer. Mattress upright in another is foam original in bag to prevent it getting dirty. All guides, booklets, awning stick, tire lug wrench, manual jack crank, power cord, and dump hose. Two AGM batteries, that sustain a charge nicely; as well as two 20 pound propane tanks, believed full. Tires have great tread, brakes work as they should, and only defect Im now aware of, though was unbeknownst to me at purchase, the fresh water tank is cracked. I had no idea as my three excursions, an overnighter locally, and two one week each camps; were all plugged in at full sites. As well, when purchased it was dent free. Upon getting back from an RV repair facility it has four dents. Three are next to entry door on left of opening at eye level, and between middle and right rear clearance lights. Oh a fifth at back corner mid panel about 1.5 inches long. Everything is functional to the best of my knowledge as last used September 2024, stored since. It deserves to be utilized to its fullest potential, as these are the last of the true quality built units. When these were new they listed for $58k, currently with poor quality exact same floor plan, sell for 113k; I bought for $50k, sell for $45k firm. Inspection welcome, as with all things used; sold as-is. Selling from my driveway, clean title in hand in my name. Comes with everything pictured, though not the background objects. Lol
