I bought this rv in 2021, like new. Im the only owner and it's been in a permanent site. The only road miles was from Campers World. Fireplace, 2 slide outs, double door frig, full size shower. The only thing worn is the awning and couch exterior has flaking but still a sturdy sleeper. The jacks, awning, hot water all push button. It's a great rig, only used by 1 adult, no animals or smoke. It is located in Port Clinton, Ohio. A very fun lakefront area!! Approx dry weight 7200 lbs and 34 ft long.
