No leaks in either RV living area or from powertrain/vehicle components. Standing shower in separate, door lockable bathroom. All systems work well including rooftop and dash air conditioning. Separate black and gray wastewater storage and disposal.
Pleasure Way is a top conversion company and a lifelong RV reseller recommended an older coach of theirs as a way to get around the $50-70K+ price of 10+ yr old used Mercedes turbo diesels. I've had it a couple of years as a fun starter and have kept it in great shape, including major improvements like brand-new rear springs with adjustable gas shocks to greatly improve the ride and new master brake cylinder+power steering pump to top off the handling. Looking to pass it on as my job demands have changed and I can't use it as much anymore.
Under vehicle portable generator is gone but wiring and mount remain. Gas furnace was also replaced by electric heater at some point, gas pipe and wiring to replace also remain. Couple small, stable rust spots around cap/body. Those are the issues, such as they are.
