Meticulous, beautiful Phaeton 40IH. PowerGlide XC raised rail rear engine diesel chassis. Low mileage, super clean. No pets, no smoking. Remote-work friendly floorplan. We bought the coach expecting to add a sofa in lieu of the fireplace. After a few trips, we LOVE the floor plan as-is. So much floor space and room, especially when slides are in. We have two separate workspaces when needed by setting up a collapsible desk in front of the fireplace.
If you're familiar with the Phaeton 40IH, you know this is THE floor plan. Everything has been thought of for ease of living and usability. We've owned three Newmar coaches and this is easily our favorite. We now understand the Tiffin difference, if you know, you know.
This coach is super clean, and loaded with all the comforts including independent front suspension. Once you drive this coach, there's no comparing to the others at this price point. If desired, the 380HP is upgradable to 450HP. Options sheet is provided. This coach has all the upgrades including king bed, bath and a half, dishwasher, 2 roof mounted Girard patio awnings, heated tile floors, AquaHot, extended cycle batteries, 3 solar panels, all electric coach, power theater seats, fireplace, blind spot monitoring, extra 2 dining chairs and extending dining top, stacked washer and dryer.
