We are selling our 2022 Jayco North Point 310RLTS Luxury Fifth Wheel due to health/mobility issues. This 5th wheel is in excellent condition and has the Value Package plus the Luxury Package and Handling Package along with the following upgrades: Matching Rim for Spare Tire, Wireless Backup/Rear and Side Camera, 18 Cu. Ft. Residential 2 Way Refrigerator, Frameless Dual Pane Windows, Hydraulic Disc Brakes, CP APP Controls Systems, 2nd Bedroom Step Handrail with Easy-Lub Hubs, 6 Point Hydraulic Levelers, and Tire Pressure/Temperature monitor.

With a length of 36 ft 2 and a dry weight of 12,180 lbs. GVWR 15,000 lbs., this RV is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. Equipped with three slides each with awning, and two electric patio awnings. It offers a spacious interior layout. There are two 15,000 BTU air conditioning units, one in the living area and the other in the bedroom.
