This travel trailer has vinyl flooring and carpet on the slide-out area. The sitting and dining area combine as a power slide out giving our camper 16' of additional living space. The camper sleeps 5-6 people with a new queen size Zinus mattress in the
bedroom, a love seat that pulls out for a 2nd bed, and bench seats at the dining room
that fold down for a 3rd bed. The sitting room also contains 2 movable swivel chairs.

A new CO2 monitor has been installed, and there is a power awning with LED lighting. There is tons of storage, with 2 large storage compartments under the bench seats and additional newly-installed storage drawers beneath the bed in the bedroom. The overhead cabinets in the bedroom have been removed to create a more open feel and more head space.

New kitchen and bathroom faucets/fixtures have been installed. The shower contains a skylight and ceiling fan. The outer specs include aluminum rims, leaf spring suspension, aluminum body with fiberglass sidewall, and bumper with hose storage. There is also pass-through storage
that is insulated and finished. Dual 20-pound propane tanks for cooking and heating.

Additional updates include a newly resealed roof, new roof vent covers, and keyless
entry locks on both doors.

**For buyers wanting to keep the camper at SpringmaidCampground, the lot rent is paid through 2026. We currently rent a Suburban Propane tank, enabling gas heat to run through winter so we can enjoy the beach year round. Heat tape has been installed to protect water lines from freezing. Refrigerator and hot water heater run on electric or Propane. Lastly, a customized deck, outdoor hot/cold shower and large shed to house a golf cart can be included for a negotiable price.
