Chassis and Exterior

Roof: FlexArmor roof with a lifetime no-leak guarantee

Engine & Transmission: Cummins ISL9 380 HP diesel engine with 1,150 lb-ft of torque and an Allison 3000 MH 6-speed automatic transmission. This year (2026), we needed to install a new engine. The new engine has less than 1,000 miles and comes with a 3-year warranty (nationwide coverage).

Chassis: Freightliner Powerbridge custom chassis with air ride suspension and air brakes.

Storage: Full pass-through heated basement storage with a sliding 90-inch storage tray and lighting.

Exterior Entertainment: Outside 32-inch LED TV, speakers, and stereo system.

Utilities: Onan 8.0 kW Quiet Diesel generator, 50-amp service with an electric power cord reel, and an automatic hydraulic leveling system. Generator was just serviced (oil change, new air filter).

Awnings: Large power awning and an additional smaller awning at front door.

Other: RV water filter, lights beneath the chassis, entry lights and entry handle illumination.


Living Area and Kitchen
Flooring: 12x24-inch polished porcelain tile flooring throughout the main areas.

Appliances: Stainless steel residential refrigerator/freezer, convection microwave, 3-burner gas cooktop, and dishwasher.

Entertainment: Multiple LG flat-screen color TVs including a front overhead TV and mid-cabin main TV.

Couches: Front pull-out sleeper sofa, a U-shaped dinette that converts into a bed, and Swivel driver and passenger seats, which become part of the living room when parked.
