to protect and elevate the interior. Dining chairs reupholstered to

match. All work performed in Red Bay, AL by craftsman &

craftswomen dedicated to high-quality, bespoke Tiffin coachwork.

Premium Entertainment: The main living space features a

stunning Samsung 4K QLED TV paired with a premium Bose

soundbar, dedicated subwoofer, and satellite surround sound

speakers for an immersive theater experience. The TV is on a pull-

out swivel for a much better viewing angle than fixed on the wall

above the fireplace.

Gourmet Kitchen: Equipped with faux granite countertops,

stainless-steel residential refrigerator, convection oven microwave,

induction cooktop, and expandable counter space. We replaced

the original equipment induction cooktop with one that works

MUCH better and does not require 50A just to turn it on.

Master Suite & Bath: Features a very comfortable king-size bed,

abundant wardrobe storage, and a private master bath featuring a

Toto washlet warm water bidet. The bathroom with shower is

beautiful and elegant. The Aqua-Hot system provides limitless hot

water for great, long hot showers.

Premium Infrastructure & Connectivity

Starlink Internet: The rig includes a Starlink satellite internet

antenna and router providing reliable high bandwidth everywhere you go. You can stream 4K movies without interruption. A perfect

setup for remote work.

Electrical Protection: High-quality power over-and-under-voltage

protection system internally installed (no dongle needed) to

safeguard your appliances and electronics from campsite power

fluctuations including brown-outs. Significantly better than the

stock surge protector.

Climate & Heating: Multi-zone hydronic heating featuring a well-

maintained Aqua-Hot system. Reliability improved by relocating the

electronic control module from the burner box to the much cooler

adjacent compartment. Alongside the three roof mounted air

conditioners with heat pumps, and heated floors, this system

provides limitless hot water and comfortable diesel fired forced air

heat when it gets really cold.

This coach has benefited from a regular, proactive preventative

maintenance schedule:

Annual Fluid Analysis: A primary tool for proactive

diesel engine maintenance is periodic lab analysis of all coolants

and lubricants. Starting with the pre-purchase fluid analysis we

conducted on the engine, generator, and transmission, samples

have been sent annually to a professional lubricants lab for analysis.

Excellent Results: Positive annual fluid analysis results indicate

the excellent internal condition of the Cummins engine, Allison

drivetrain and Onan 10Kw generator.

Recent Service: Primary and secondary engine fuel filters

replaced (7/26,) Aqua-Hot annual service performed (7/26,) andnew chassis batteries installed (7/26.) New air filter installed

(10/25.) New Toyo tires (4/26.) She is ready to go.

Care: My wife previously owned a cleaning business and practiced

regular, detailed, and deep cleaning routines. The rig interior is

immaculate.
