The floor plan is a 2008 Coachmen Pathfinder model 384TS approx 40FT with 3 slides, 300hp ISB 5.9 liter Cummins diesel with the Allison 6speed Auto Trans. The title is a 2007

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

Text 864 245 0730.
The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The engine or dash AC seems to blow not cooler air, it must need some freon added to the system.
This motorhome was just driven approx 200 miles with no issues.
There are 2 roof top AC units that function. 
The water system works.   
It has 2014 date code tires with cracks, so they need to be replaced or approx $2300.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. 
The fridge works.

The LP system, water heater, furnace and stove top try to function but the LP tank is empty.

A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The jacks work.

The carpet looks good.

The Onan Diesel generator will run.

The batteries are older and may need to be replaced.

There is a location for a washer dryer combo unit located in the bedroom. We can install a functional used combo unit for $800, or a new combo unit is approx $1700 installed.

We did NOT check anything else.

If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 19 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

Replace the batteries

Full tank of Diesel and LP.
