Upon inspection, we confirmed that the motorhome runs smoothly and the transmission shifts seamlessly. The unit was recently driven approximately 200 miles without any issues. Please note that the dash AC requires freon to deliver cold air, although a functional basement AC unit is included. The water system is operational, and the unit is equipped with new tires dated 2026. The microwave powers on but briefly shows error codes F2 or F5, which disappear with a reset. The refrigerator and LP system are both functional, along with the water heater, furnace, and stove top.

While most lights are operational, some bulbs may need replacement. As is typical for older models, we recommend changing the oil, oil filter, and fuel filter for both the engine and generator. The motorhome's carpet remains in decent condition considering its age. It comes with a Generac diesel generator that runs, although the batteries are older and may need replacement. A stackable washer and dryer set is present, though we did not verify its functionality.
