2001 Four Winds Chateau Sport 23A Class C Motorhome $14,900 OBO

Runs and drives great, and recently completed a cross-country trip with no breakdowns or drivability problems. Massachusetts inspection sticker valid through the end of August 2026. Clean title in hand. Smoke-free and pet-free during my ownership.

Systems I've personally tested and confirmed working Dash A/C (blows cold), refrigerator (works on both electric and propane), furnace, water heater, water pump, stove, convection microwave, electric step, interior lighting, and shore-power outlets. One exception: the button on the tank-level monitor panel is broken, so the panel doesn't display tank levels otherwise everything above is functional.

Condition & upgrades
Roof/body: No observed exterior water intrusion during my ownership. There is a cosmetic ripple in the ceiling lining near the roof A/C, and I once saw a couple of condensation drops at the A/C housing. Both have been present for well over six months and neither has gotten any worse.
Upgrades: Updated flooring throughout, fitted covers for all interior seats, trim enhancements, backup camera with driver monitor, and a flip-down monitor/TV (no speakers). Buyer's choice on the flip-down monitor I can swap it for an older Insignia TV or remove the monitor/mount entirely, whatever you prefer.

Known issues:
Generator: 1,005 hours, hasn't been run recently and currently shows a blinking-light service indicator on the panel. The pattern reads as "needs service" with no further code detail available. Needs diagnosis/service; not being represented as operational.
Roof A/C: fan works, but cooling performance is weak needs diagnosis/service. (The dash A/C blows cold and works great.)
Check-engine light: on since I bought it; last scan indicated an O2-sensor-related code. Does not affect drivability and didn't impact passing the MA inspection.
Awning: 15' patio awning is fully functional but shows cosmetic age.

Ready-to-camp accessory package included: Freshwater hose and pressure regulator, leveling blocks, 15/30-amp adapter, two sewer hoses with 90° clear elbow plus support and seal ring, windshield cover, tire iron, awning open-assist rod, spare matching bathroom tile, and RV sanitation supplies.
