2000 Monaco Dynasty in generally good condition.

The good:

The unit drives well and the AC units keep it cool, even in the Texas heat.

The roof has never leaked so the interior is in very good condition for its age and mileage. No mold or strange smells inside the unit.
None of the double plane windows have condensation between the panes. The leather seating shows signs of its age but are not excessively cracked or frayed. The solid wood cabinets are in good condition. All cabinets latch as they should and the sliding doors operate correctly. All the interior lights work, and several have been upgraded with LED lighting. Both driver and passenger power seats work.

The engine runs strong and has been serviced regularly. The transmission has been filled with Transynd synthetic transmission fluid for ten years and OAT type coolant. The driveline has been serviced as required. The air dryer has been serviced several times over the time we've owned the coach.

The hydraulic lines for the generator and living room slide have been replaced and both slide rams have been rebuilt. The slide topper has been replaced. All awnings work as expected.

Brakes are good.

The bad:

The hot water heater needs replaced.

The air suspension will leak down over several days if left inflated.

The dash air conditioner has not worked since we bought the coach, so we have used the generator and house air conditioners to cool the coach. We live in Texas and this has worked well for us.

The clear coat is peeling in several places, most noticeably on the roof radius, the entry door and rear passenger side basement door.

Items replaced in the last 10 years:

Both air conditioners were replaced with Penguin II air conditioners.
The Hadley horns were replaced.
The Norcold refrigerator was replaced with a residential unit.
One fantastic fan plastic cover was replaced.
The bath skylight was damaged by hail and replaced by a double pane polycarbonate unit.
The original propane three burner stove has been replaced by a two-burner induction unit.
Both TVs are flat screen models
The original TV antenna has been replaced by a digital, amplified antenna.

Extra fuel filters.
The original folding chairs for the dinette.
