It has only 70,400 original miles, a generator that runs great, roof A/C that blows ice cold, furnace, refrigerator, water heater, stove, oven, and microwave all in great working order. The fresh water system and water pump work with no issues. It also includes a backup camera, has no slide-outs for fewer moving parts and lower maintenance, passes California smog, has current California registration, and is ready to camp today.
