Bumper towable with 21 awning and single living area/dinette slide out. Queen bed, two bunks, fold out couch bed and dinette sleeping. This thing has ample storage (trust me, I lived in it for three years). Some wear from constant use over the last three years, and previous ownership, but everything works and no issues. New regulator and gas lines last year and new power awning arms this year with speaker. Currently located in Sneads Ferry (not in a campground). I am willing to help set it up if you are local.
