Selling our 2018 Genesis Supreme 27FS Toy Hauler Pre-COVID Build

We purchased it from the original owner, who was extremely meticulous about maintenance, and weve cared for it the same way.

We typically only used it for the three major summer holiday weekends each year with an occasional extra trip. Weve never hauled a toy in it, its primarily been used as a camper.

Everything works as it should. This is a solid, well-built pre-COVID trailer with numerous upgrades and preventative maintenance already completed. Measurements, maintenance history, upgrades, are in the photos.

Wall to edge of slide (slide retracted): 8182 inches

Ramp door to front cabinet: 15 feet

Floor to bottom of removable bunks: 7778 inches

Maintenance & Upgrades

This toy hauler has been well maintained and thoughtfully upgraded throughout ownership.

Roof and exterior seals inspected and resealed where needed (2025)

Generator oil changed annually regardless of hours (currently 195 hours)

Upgraded Hercules H-901 Load Range F tires (approximately 2 years old)

Wheel bearings cleaned, inspected, and repacked annually

New wheel bearings installed (2025)

MORryde CRE3000 suspension upgrade with wet bolt kit

New leaf springs installed (May 16, 2026)

Roof-mounted solar panel system (installed by previous owner)

1,500-watt inverter

Hard-wired EMS/surge protector installed (2022)

Two new 6-volt batteries installed (2024), removed each winter and maintained on a battery tender

Upgraded residential queen-size memory foam mattress (not an RV queen)

Color-changing LED rock lights controlled through a smartphone app

Delamination Disclosure

The trailer has a repaired area of delamination located below the rain gutter on the front passenger-side corner (see photos).

After purchase, the area was repaired in the Portland area. Epoxy/resin was injected to fill voids and stabilize the wall to prevent further progression.

The repair resulted in a slight cosmetic waviness in the exterior skin; however, the area is solid and stable. To the best of my knowledge, the repair has remained effective with no observed additional deterioration.

The trailer does have repaired delamination on the front passenger-side corner. It was repaired by a shop in the Portland area using an epoxy/resin injection process. The area is solid and stable, and to the best of my knowledge, the repair has prevented any further deterioration.

I also have a 16,000-lb Equal-i-zer weight distribution hitch that may be included for the right deal.
