This coach is in good overall condition and has been well cared for over the years.

The upholstery, flooring, and shower are all in excellent condition and reflect that the RV has never been used as a full-time residence.

As expected for a 2017 coach, there is normal cosmetic wear from regular use. The front cap has some paint fading from the Florida sun, and some cabinet doors show typical wear for their age. There are no known mechanical issues, and everything is in working order.
