PRICED BELOW THE SUGGESTED LIST PRICE FROM JDPOWER!

JDPower suggested a LOW retail value of 36K, (high was 43K).

Bus is in great running condition but has cosmetic blemishes from being 10-years old and well utilized. It is priced to reflect the well used condition. It ain't perfect...but she is sturdy and comfortable!

Main cabin SEAT COVERS were just installed because the original material has started to dry rot.

**Full disclosure of history and repairs needed**

1) The awning material will need to be replaced in the next couple of years as it has just started to tear.

2) ONE of the awning arms has been replaced after a storm bent it.

3) There is one small patch to the body on the back-end near the roof-line (PICTURED), where a branch of a tree hit the RV and it needed to be repaired.

4) Linoleum floor was repaired (poorly) in the kitchen area by the first owner. The repair has held fine, it's just ugly . I have carpet runners throughout the RV so I forgot it was there until recently!

5) The ladder on the back of the RV is not attached at the bottom. I bought it like this and just never fixed it. It has a bike rack on the ladder and I have been told that it holds bikes fine although I never tried to use it.

Otherwise, it's been a great RV and hasn't given us any issues to speak of.

Will throw in the blue Portable Waste Tank that we have as well.
