**2012 Lance 2385 Travel Trailer Front Kitchen, Full-Wall Slide**

Original owner, purchased new. Well maintained and ready to camp.

**Barely moved.** In fourteen years of ownership, this trailer has only been on the road four times: the trip home to Palm Harbor, Florida from Austin, Texas where I bought it; a trip to the Panama City in the Florida Panhandle, a weekend trip to Fort De Soto 1.5 hours from home; and a trip to Sebring, FL. That's it. It has spent almost its entire life parked and cared for, not pounding down the interstate.

This is the floorplan Lance built for people who actually cook. The front kitchen has a huge counter with storage above and below, a corner double sink, a three-burner range, a pantry with cupboard and drawer space, and a refrigerator easily one of the biggest galleys you'll find in a trailer this size.

**Full Disclosure Please Read**

There was a water overflow at the kitchen sink that caused a soft spot in the floor, roughly 6 square inches, directly in front of the sink. The Lance floor is laminated construction: two thin plywood skins (about 1/8") over roughly 1¼" of foam core. The damage is confined to that one area.

I've covered it with a thin sheet of metal and a thick padded kitchen mat, which is a solid working solution but I'm not going to pretend it's a repair. A proper fix means pulling up the vinyl flooring in that area and patching it. I chose not to do that. I thought I would leave that call for the next owner. **The price reflects this**, so you can repair it your way or leave it as-is like I have.
