Not just because I'm the seller but for a four season travel trailer, I have this priced to sell ASAP and do not want to negotiate. I encourage you to research the brand AND contact me so we can do a video tour.

Two decades ago a group formed to create a travel trailer that could compete with Airstream but still have slide-outs thus increasing usable square feet inside while keeping the trailer lightweight and allow for four season operations. Only about 10% of travel trailers are designed for year round use and this sweet trailer is designed for all season camping as well as but they kept the trailer super light which all contributes to their high resale value. This trailer is currently insured in excess of Bluebook value (which is nearly twice what I'm asking) and this trailer comes fully equipped and with your food, it's ready for camping;
Two TV's,
Stereo, (one outside speaker is blown),
Electric awning,
Multi-fueled fridge,
Flatware and dishes,
Full hitch with anti sway bars (which I encourage using but aren't necessary),
An empty weight of about 4,700#s,
double paned windows (you won't find that in the best of other trailers),
Two propane tanks with space for one more,
Supply line hose for fresh water,
Two owners only light use so far.

The restroom is central in this model which allows for great views out of the dining area and a very comfortable bed with a custom curtain separating bedroom and living area of this 29' trailer. I'm offering this trailer at $16,000 which allows for $10,000 in instant equity based on State Farm Insurance's valuation. I'm building a home where this trailer is parked and I no longer need this awesome trailer. Although it's 15 years old, the lightweight composites used allow it to appear like-new and the only road rash is a torn corner in the dining area made by an overzealous puppy. Trade's considered for goods or services for my new home but all offers are welcome and serious buyers that might appreciate the quality and history of Earthbound Travel Trailers should inquire for sure. Sadly, Earthbound had lofty expectations and not enough buyers jumped into these and they were bought out and shut down by Airstream which uses the space to produce their trailers which are awesome but dollar for dollar are NOT the value of Earthbound. Below is the information I've gathered through research and I'd encourage you to do research as well because the deeper you dig, the better they'll look. I'm in Durango and would consider delivering the unit but would prefer it was picked up when we make a cash agreement. Again, Earthbound couldn't compete with Airstream in spite of their awesome numbers and Earthbound's number's were too tight to remain profitable and Airstream acquired them around 2015 but their website is still worth visiting.
No fooling, insurance value on this trailer is in the low $30's (I suspect because of the rarity) and I've reduced the price because it'll pay for the roof of my new home. This price is more than fair for a 29' travel trailer but this is superior to all but Airstream and is a true, four season machine. Sway bars, hitch and ancillary items needed to travel are all included including pots, pans, dishes and other items allowing you to camp while towing it to your own home.

I strongly encourage a video tour of this travel trailer so I can show off the head and the copious cubbies for storage.
