RV Description

We are selling our motorhome because we will be traveling for the next couple of years and like all vehicle's it needs to be driven. We have over $46,000 into it. None of the repairs were due to engine or transmission but updated the "home" part of the motorhome other than say batteries, headlights, windshield wiper type of maintenance. We love having it and was shocked that we have saved so much money in it. We have had campers and motorhomes in the past but only took them out on the weekends/holidays so they were luxury added expenses. We have saved money while using it since we don't pay for hotels, eat out if we choose but prefer to cook. We have stayed at fun RV parks for two nights for less than one night at a nice hotel. The money we have saved more than pays for the fuel we used. It has been cheaper than rent. This is being sold below what dealers have suggested we sell it for as an individual in its current shape and way below what we have put into it. Meaning the price reflects equity that the home comes with. Whatever you are buying see if its been updated. If not, those repairs are coming.

Class A Motorhome Ford F53

Ford 6.8L Triton V10

Ford TorqShift 5R110W 5-speed automatic with overdrive, 3 slide outs, 1 Bedroom (Queen bed), 1.5 baths, with washer/dryer hookup.

Our Georgetown has been well cared for and is ready for its next owner. Since buying it when it needed a repair we replaced with new whenever possible. The engine runs great, generator works, roof and slide-outs are in good condition, and the interior is clean with no water damage or soft spots.

Recent Updates and Replacements: New recliner, dining table, hot water tank, batteries, t.v.'s, queen mattress, longer power cord for easier hookups, new carbon monoxide detector, new exhaust fan and covers, new microwave/convection oven, new headlights, about 40 new updated new items. We have tried to cover all of the unglamorous items that make the home part of the motorhome function properly with comfort in mind. We never wanted to sell it which is why we put so much money into it.

It has a spacious interior with plenty of room for extended trips and/or comfortable living.

It has less than 53,000 miles, clean title. The exterior has some cosmetic wear consistent with its age, including a small fiberglass repair near the right taillight.

We have moved the motorhome to a campground so that buyers can fully test it before purchasing. It's hooked up to water and electricity so you can personally verify that everything works and that there are no leaks. We don't expect you to take our word for it - come test it yourself. Priced according to condition. We have been asked but we are not taking trades, renting it or financing. Cash only. Serious buyers only please. For Sale by owners
