- New Cummins CAPS high-pressure fuel injection pump installed by Cummins in 2024 (approximately $12,000).

-AirDog auxiliary fuel pump and advanced filtration system installed in 2024 (approximately $1,500). This was added specifically to protect the new CAPS pump by supplying exceptionally clean, well-filtered fuel, helping maximize the life of one of the engine's most critical and expensive components.

-New double-door dual-fuel refrigerator (LP gas/electric) installed in 2023.

- Recently installed all-in-one washer/dryer combo.

- Girard full-length power awning (approximately $10,000 upgrade)
