This is in excellent condition! As far as I know it needs nothing! Only 74,362 miles with the best diesel engine, a 5.9 12-valve Cummins diesel, Banks turbo with 300HP, 4-sp Allison Automatic Transmission fully serviced, Spartan frame same as Freightliner, Rhino-Eco Coat spray on roof cost $16,317, new awning, Onan 6500 watt gen fully serviced, 2 AC's with soft start kits, new belt tensioner, new water manifold, new rear camera system, new tires, new shocks, new air dryer, new starter, complete service incl trans, repacked front wheel bearings, new starter batteries, new boondock batteries, the couch is a hide-a-bed, has a good 32" TV, we had the RV buffed out and the interior detailed, over $34,000 in repairs and upgrades above our purchase price! I have receipts. It also has enough reflective covering to do the front half of the RV. We only put 4,000 miles on it as we only drove here from Washington State. We thought we would live in it for at least 10 years is why we spent so much money on the roof. We met a lady that was moving back to Iowa and bought her Park Model cabin.
