for sale is our 2025 Springdale by Keystone 1700FQ. I purchased this brand new from General RV and drove it 60 miles to my property. It never left on any trips. It was intended to be used as a place for our oldest daughter to be able to sleep when she came home from college on the weekends while we were building our new house. Needless to say, she did not come home much and spent less than 10 nights in it.
It has a brand new, very nice queen mattress, and on demand water heater so you have unlimited hot water. This model also has a large rear bath room. It is actually very good size for the size of the camper. The tires are like brand new as they have less than 100 miles on them and everything works perfectly like it should. The Camper was never smoked in, no pets were ever in it, and it has never been cooked in.
If you go by this exact model right now brand new at the dealer you will be out the door over $14,000 after taxes and fees. I am pricing this to sell as I need it out of our way.
