Ready to sell it after our trip from SF Bay Area to Olympia, Washington in a few weeks, looking to downsize everything.

Maintenance list in photos and in Fleetwood packet, spare timing belt and fuses stored in Rv as recommended by Frieghtliner. 2000 watt lithium compatible Magnum inverter/charger. Original lead acid batteries replaced with 600 AH LiFePO4 batteries and Magnum upgrades - new Magnum remote controller and LiFePO4 battery isolation manager plus 400 AH LiFePO4 and bypass switch dedicated 120 volt circuit for the refrigerator great for 100 hours of dry camping without shore power or limited generator use. Additional 120 volt electrical inlet on rear bumper for easy hookup, original equipped 6000 watt Onan diesel generator with 100 hours run time. Generator can be started with your phone or tablet linked via Bluetooth to the precision plex control panel monitor. Other utilities that can be controlled by your smart phone or tablet are slide out opening, check water levels etc. thermostat, lighting, fans, everything on the precision control panel. Built in exterior Blackstone grill slides out out with gas line attached to the onboard propane tank.

There are a few of the same RVs 2023 for sale online, my Pace Arrow has had all of the warranty issues resolve at the Fleetwood REV RV factory service center in Oregon in the first year.
