2014 ALiner Expedition A-Frame Wet Bath, New Tires, Recently Serviced

Well-maintained 2014 ALiner Expedition hard-sided A-frame pop-up, the largest model ALiner makes, located in Longmont, CO. Sets up in minutes, tows light and easy behind a mid-size SUV or capable crossover, and gives you real hard-wall camping without the bulk or weight of a conventional travel trailer.
This one is set up for comfortable, self-contained trips:

Indoor wet bath with toilet and shower a genuine premium in an A-frame this size
Air conditioning, furnace, refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, and water heater all in good working order
Custom sleeping/storage platform where the factory front dinette used to be: a previous owner removed the dinette and built a clean, well-executed platform that holds a mattress up top with abundant storage underneath. All original dinette components come with the camper, so a new owner can return it to factory configuration if they prefer.

Dual 20 lb propane tanks
Spare tires included - one mounted to the rear bumper, one added by previous owner underneath between the frame rails.

Recent service and condition:

New tires ( < 2 years old)
Wheel bearings repacked within the last couple of months
Recently inspected, with all caulk/seals redone as needed
Stored outdoors; shows normal, even sun fading consistent with its age nothing excessive
Overall in very good condition for a well-used, well-cared-for unit

Water system note: 11-gallon fresh water tank. Like many pop-ups, there is no gray holding tank gray water drains to a bucket positioned under the drain line, which you empty as needed. Simple and reliable; just know it going in.

Factory specs (base model): ~18 ft closed length, ~1,850 lb dry weight, 2,800 lb GVWR, ~240 lb hitch weight, single axle with electric brakes.
