RV Description
Lightly used 2024 Gulf Stream Ameri-Lite 248BH travel trailer in excellent condition. Dry weight is approximately 3,900 lbs.
We purchased it brand new and are the original owners. It was primarily used as a place to stay while working on our camp property, with only a few camping trips. It has less than 1,500 towing miles.

-Everything works exactly as it should
-Electric brakes work properly

-Well maintained
-Currently have a full size queen mattress installed(not included), normal bed is foam pad. Bed can fold up, and there's a 2 person sofa that comes up.
