2024 Keystone Cougar owned by couple with no kids, pets, or smoke. Unit has been used local, 30 miles or less, Ocala a few times and Georgia twice. The camper is in new condition and everything works well as it should. It looks, smells, and functions like new. The camper has numerous upgrades to include:
1. Trim at wall to floor added entirely around unit except bedroom where it exists.
2. New high end LG tv.
3. New stereo matched with TV, and audio has been upgraded with an amplifier to run the new 6 inch tri-axial ceiling speakers that have Tweeter, midrange, and bass individually for superb sound while watching TV or listening to tunes on Bluetooth.
4. Rear wardrobe converted into 6 slide out shelves to greatly maximize storage.
5. Kayak carrier in hitch.
6. Original spice rack removed and a functional one installed with much more room and depth.
7. Bathroom towel racks.
8. Kitchen paper towel rack.
9. Bedroom overhead light replaced with touch white and blue light.
10. Main area has very high end lighting throughout on dimmer that replaced original lighting.

11. Backup camera installed.

The camper has always been under cover and storage site maintained to ensure their would not be ANYTHING attemping residence. It has never seen salt on roads. The unit has Goodyear tires that are new condition. Since not in pictures, the unit has solar panels that run and charge unit when not plugged in.
