2022 Grand Design Imagine 2670MK Travel Trailer

*Everything* Included, Remote Work Desk, will include all things needed to literally drive away, buy food, and go camp!

For any couples looking for a "couples coach" to do some RV'ing in, or if you are a younger couple with smaller kids or a few dogs t use the table as a bed, if you need a desk for one or both of you to share a work desk, if you want to do extended stays, cook the entire week, a TV out of the way when you need the space, or quiet, extended boondocking, etc, this is a FANTASTIC RV. And we want to include literally everything you would need, SpaceX satellite internet and all the cables, pots and pans, dishes, water and electric, sewage, literally drive away and use Day 1, includes all maintenance extras I have (greases and lubes, ladder, consumables, new battery cages, spare electric trailer box, etc). Whomever buys plan a half a day or more but I can walk you literally through everything we did, you can record it, whatever, and hopefully drive away (safely!) and go hit your first site!

Note on us, I am 6'1" and 250lbs and I fit in the bathroom and shower fine, can bend over and wash my feet. A perfect couples coach or small family of 4 using the table for a bed. LOTS of floor space and a huge awning to spend all the time outside!

Additions we made:
* Slide out topper covers on both slide outs - Huge difference on cooling and keeping debris off the toppers!
* Replaced standard fans with MaxxAir fans (REALLY strong ventiliation!) - MOVES TONS of air!
* Added the Flagpole Buddy brackets for the satellite when the site is good for it
* Added a swing-out rack for drying swimsuits and towels on the back without clogging the ladder
* I built a more serviceable, but MUCH stronger housing over the fresh-water exterior tank fill in the master bedroom driver's side, making it now possible to step on without fear :)
* I have the ceiling plat with ducts and electrical. Colorado's Premier RV Services can install a second AC unit on the room over the master bedroom, we usually avoided summer-time heat but we survived with one in a Oklahoma July for almost a month!

Load distribution hitch included and is a 2in standard hitch (I use an HD P2500 with 2.5" and need the sleeve), but for me the sleeved kit made it better, the technician was right as it never gets jammed. But it would work for standard 1/2 ton or higher so long as your truck supports the weight requirements. We can take it to a nearby flat lot, and adjust your hitch as needed for your truck (I have seen a YouTube video, it's not that hard, esp if we can go straight from one to another).

It has been regularly maintained and all major accessories were installed by "Colorado's Premier RV Services, Inc." in Berthoud, and was winterized, cleaned and treated, slide-outs serviced, and the slam doors fixed/adjusted as they had warped slightly, along with a small tear that was repaired on the driver's side slide-out. There are two trim pieces that I screwed up and will fix and refinish before delivery (if you want to take it on, I can take $500 off easy) where I pushed the slide out and I forgot to make sure the drawer wasn't open, all my fault.
