Sleep: King Primary. Living Sofa pulls out to Short-King. 2nd Bedroom Sofa pulls out to Full size bed.

Includes 3 Propane Tanks & 2 New AC Units (one in living room also heats).

Clean and Smoke-Free. Auto-Leveling Jacks.

What we have replaced/changed:

1.      Both NEW Roof-top AC Units  - both very quiet.

·         Living/Kitchen Area Connected to the wall thermostat  (Heat and Cool)

·         Bedroom extremely energy efficient  (Cool)

Note:  the living room unit blows through the duct into the rest of the camper and can keep it warmer/cooler without having the Bedroom AC on .

2.      NEW Kitchen Microwave (above range)

3.      Bar-height Dining Table & 2 Bar-Chairs (made it for two ppl) we loved this because we could eat while watching TV or looking at the view)

4.      Removed the railing around the loft (still have-can be re-attached) this allowed us to use this space for storage.

• Includes new RV Roof Cover, waterproof, for top of Trailer (never used)

• Comfortable Couch (really!) that pulls out to double/full size bed

• Mattress has built-in inflatable and deflates (powered by AC cord) (never slept on)

Additional:

·         Clean and clear title.  We will consider reasonable offers.

·         We had a deck.  The foldable entrance steps were detached and can be re-attached.

·         No known leaks and have been in the camper during downpours.
