Purchased in July 2025 - replaced 2 roof top air units: Living Area (Signature Series MACH 8 Plus Air Conditioner with Heat and Condensate Pump - 15,000 BTU, Black) and Bedroom (Furrion Chill Cube 18k BTU Variable Speed RV Air Conditioner, Quiet High-Efficiency AC with Turbo Cool Mode). Replaced Microwave in late 2025.

There are 2 separate rooms.  One is a King Bedroom, an office that has room for a small couch or bunk beds.

The sewage pump macerator, and refrigerator ice maker needs repairs, and the main awning needs replaced.

Includes new - never used Rv Roof Cover, waterproof, for top of Trailer.

The foldable entrance steps were detached but can be reattached.
