RV Description

Description

2023 Antishanty Pro Off-Road Camper - Fully Loaded - One Owner - Paid Over $70,000 New

Selling my 2023 Antishanty Pro off-road camper. This is a one-owner trailer that has only been used for approximately 10 nights and has traveled less than 1,000 miles. It was purchased fully loaded from the factory (over $70,000 before taxes) and has been meticulously cared for.

The only reason I'm selling is that we had a third child. This is an incredible camper for a family of four, but we've outgrown it.

If you're familiar with Antishanty, you know these are exceptionally well-built trailers. They're lightweight, insulated, highly capable off-road, and unlike anything else on the market.

Highlights

  • 2023 Antishanty Pro w/ ghosted graphics (had to work hard to convince the factory to do this custom for me)

  • One owner

  • Less than 1,000 miles

  • Approximately 10 nights of use

  • Mostly stored in a fully covered storage unit (only about 3 months stored outside)

  • Clean title in hand

  • Ready for immediate camping - pick it up in Denver, and do a camping trip on the ride home! (or ship it! :)

Factory Options & Equipment

  • Factory-loaded with nearly every available option

  • Air conditioning

  • Shore power

  • Hot water

  • Fridge/freezer - Dometic CFX 75L

  • Dual kitchen boxes - almost no other Antishanty's have this option!

  • Tri-panel picnic table

  • MOLLE panel package (1 installed, remaining factory panels included)

  • Two roof-mounted solar panels

  • 2 x 100Ah batteries

  • Inverter

  • Heavy-duty off-road suspension

  • Excellent insulation for true four-season camping

  • Upgraded to 33" BFG AT tires; and a full size side mounted spare!

Condition

Overall, the trailer is in excellent condition.

  • No water damage

  • No roof lift issues

  • No damage to the tent fabric, seals, or zippers (the window covers have never even been unzipped)

  • Everything works as it should with one exception noted below.

Heater

The heater itself works properly. During one off-road trip I sheared off the exterior heater exhaust on a rock. An RV technician inspected it and told me it was a straightforward repair, but since we rarely used the heater (the trailer is so well insulated that we always just used sleeping bags), I never fixed it. If you plan to use the heater, you'll simply want to repair the exhaust.

Cosmetic Damage

One trail ended up being much rougher and narrower than expected, resulting in some minor cosmetic scratches/damage. It is cosmetic only and has no impact on functionality. Photos of all damage included.

Maintenance

Immediately after purchasing, I drove the trailer from Utah to Denver and had a local RV shop perform a complete inspection.

The mechanic's exact words were:

"You're going to be my worst customer. This thing is built like a tank. The fact that its all aluminum makes it rock solid - no wood to rot, ever."

He recommended greasing the bearings once or twice per year and servicing them every 6,000 miles. Since I've only put about 1,000 miles on the trailer, no additional service has been done under my ownership.

Setup

Once you've done it a couple of times:

  • Roof setup: approximately 3-4 minutes

  • Awning setup: approximately 3-4 minutes

It's a very quick and simple system once you learn the sequence.

Dimensions

Overall height:

  • 91.5" to the top of the fan cover

  • Plan on 92" if you want extra conservative clearance

  • Fan cover removes in about 20 seconds (no tools requiredjust a few retaining pins)

  • With the fan cover removed, overall height is approximately 90"

This is an outstanding opportunity to purchase an almost-new Antishanty Pro without the wait time or new price. It's been lightly used, well cared for, and is ready for its next adventure.

I'm happy to answer questions, provide additional photos or videos, or schedule a time for you to see it in person.
